Estimates are based on current information at the time of issue. Final project costs may vary depending on changes in material costs, scope, labor, or unforeseen site conditions. Clients will be informed of any changes in cost prior to continuation.
Payment terms are outlined in the client’s agreement. A deposit is usually required to begin work, with staged payments due at specific project milestones. Late payments may incur additional charges or delays in the project timeline.
Clients must provide access to the construction site, necessary permissions, and prompt responses to queries or approvals to avoid project delays. Any delays caused by the client may result in timeline or cost adjustments.
We provide a warranty for workmanship as specified in the contract. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party interference, or failure to maintain the structure after handover.
Any changes to the project must be agreed upon in writing and may affect cost and delivery time. Cancellations made after work has begun may incur fees to cover materials, labor, and administrative costs.
All designs, plans, and documents provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not use or reproduce them without written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of this region. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts of jurisdiction.
